I the undersigned hereby agree to become a full member of the Irish Mountain Running Association (hereinafter known as the Association) and agree to abide by the rules and constitution of the Association. I also agree to take part in the Association’s races entirely at MY OWN RISK. I confirm that no LIABILITY attaches to the LANDOWNERS or SPONSORS or the members of the COMMITTEE of the Association for ANY INJURY that may be sustained by me as a result of my participation in the Association’s races. I have no physical or medical condition  which would inhibit me from the sport of mountain running.
