Starts near Ballinaclea Youth Hostel outside Donard Gr. S 957956 After a gentle zig zag start in the forest a very steep climb to the top of Sugarloaf (no not that one), followed by an upland dog leg to Lobawn. Return by same route with a very fast downhill finish.
