Trial to select teams for the WMRA Youths International Challenge in Italy on 27th June ( runners born in 1993 or 1994 ).
International selection criteria: First two in trial races with one other based on trial race and mountain running and cross-country/road performances in 2009/2010. All selection is subject to the athlete being capable of finishing within 10% of the trial winners time and 20% of the international race winners time. Only athletes who meet the criteria will be selected this means that full teams may not be sent.
All competitors must get a parent or guardian to sign the IMRA 2010 Membership Form
The trial courses are longer but less steep than the international Youths races.

| Gerry Brady | Jan 17, 3:40PM | Event details page contains information on the selection race to pick the teams for the WMRA International Youths Challenge. See maps page for course. |
| Gerry Brady | Mar 15, 11:00PM | There will be an easy training run over the trial route for the Youths race on Sunday 21st March in Howth. Meet at the car park opposite Maud's cafe on the seafront at 11 a.m. We will run up the road from there to the GAA club (this is a steep climb) and do two laps of the course before running back down to the car park. Bring warm clothing and a waterproof top. |
| ronan doyle | Mar 28, 11:14PM | hi i am a member of clonliffe harriors . how would i go about entering this race. |
| Gerry Brady | Mar 29, 12:45AM | Ronan, you can enter on the day. Please complete the IMRA registration form, a link to it is available on the IMRA web page for the event (it requires a parent or guardian signature). If you have time and someone to accompany you, the map of the race route is on the event page and a training run over it would give you more awareness of what is involved. Contact Mags.Greenan@imra.ie or Gerry.Brady@imra.ie if you have queries. |
