Lindie has asked me to see if anyone else would like to help her mark the course on Wednesday - preferably with a mountain bike - as the trail makes it easy enough to get around on a bike. We need more help on the night though & could with a few injured runners to give a hand. Let me know if you can - injured or not :-) Douglas |
