Paul Nolan continued his current good form the day after finshing well up in the Knockdhu race by winning the Leinster Championship opening race on Round Mountain. The Round Mountain race has been successfully organised by the McMahon family for the last number of years on the Cooley Mountains. Eamon McMahon saw his record stay unchallenged despite the attentions of international runner Paul Nolan who unlike many other mountain runners made the trip up from Dublin. Another international who made a profitable trip was women's race winner Nicky Cinnamond who also left Laura McGinley's record intact. But where were the rest of you?
