Route Description:
The race is on woodland trails (6.4km seniors, 2.7km juniors)
Getting There:
Kilworth Woods, Kilworth, Co. Cork. From the square in the centre of the village, follow yellow Avondhu way-markers and the sign for Ballyporeen (15km). After 1km, turn left into Glensheskin Wood and walk over the bridge into the carpark.
Organisers Instructions:

Register from 6:30pm in the carpark, Kiddies run 7:00pm, Juniors 7:05pm, Adults 7:30pm. Registration closing at 7:15pm sharp (6:45pm for juniors).

If you competed in previous races this year, please bring the race number assigned to you as it is valid for the rest of the 2014 season. However, if this is your first race of the season, it would help us greatly if you could print off and fill out the following registration form: IMRAMembershipForm2014 (leave the number blank - you will be allocated a race number for 2014 on the day).

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
