Getting There:
Travelling South on the N11 from Dublin towards Wexford, take the exit for the Glenview Hotel (just after Horkans Garden Centre, just south of Kilmacanogue). Parking on the roadside on the eastern side, just off the N11. The Glenview Hotel is on the western side.
Organisers Instructions:
Race three of the Trail League.

Carpooling is ESSENTIAL as parking is limited. Angela and Paul have organised a car-pooling car park to the race start for race night. If possible, please drive to the car park beside the 1916 memorial in Kilmacanogue and pool from there as parking at the race start is tight. When heading south on the N11, come off for Kilmacanogue, cross the bridge - as if heading towards Pluck's - and the car park is on the right just before the roundabout on the R755. Angela and Paul will be directing cars here. It is a 2 minute drive from here to the start. Car park will close at 9.30. Please do not leave any valuables on view in your parked car.

Registration: 18:15-19:15.

To run in this race you must be a paid up IMRA member for 2018, and you must either pre-register and pay online for the race, or else use a pre-paid voucher on the day. We are NO longer accepting MONEY at races.

Registration for membership and/or the race, as well as purchasing of vouchers will close at 18:00 on Tuesday. If you purchase vouchers before then you can collect them at the race. Please bring a copy of your confirmation membership/voucher email with you.

All competitors, and particularly those who have not competed this year already, should READ the NEW REGISTRATION GUIDELINES.

Mandatory Gear

Mandatory gear consists of your IMRA race number and a shower and wind proof jacket, which must be carried or worn for the entire race. Any competitor seen not carrying or wearing their jacket at any stage in the race will be disqualified. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Use of headphones during IMRA races is not permitted. Use of headphones during the race will result in immediate disqualification.

Early Start

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
