Organisers Instructions:

Race will start and finish in Inistioge. Mixture of river and forest trails taking in a nice section of the South Leinster Way and circuit of Woodstock Gardens. No mountains on this race I'm afraid.. Long and short course option will be offered as well as a kids race ( starting at 10.30am) Race registration outside the Woodstock Arms from 9.45am Park in new car park overlooking the GAA Pitch, just outside the village (Thomastown Rd)

Prizegiving Location:

Woodstock Arms, Inistioge Tea/coffee and simple pub grub available here and also two other cafe's in the village.

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
