Route Description:
The route will start on the Wicklow Way near T 153 998. Follow WW onto open ground and continue up straight, keeping forestry to your left. At the forest corner, turn right and follow Scarr ridge to the summit of Scarr (641 m), then turnaround and use same route back to the finish
Getting There:
2km South of Oldbridge,turn right up narrow lane on Wicklow Way ( Near Roundwood, Co Wicklow)

Organisers Instructions:
Race will start and finish at T 153 998. There will be limited parking at this location and runners will need to carpool from the Coach House in Roundwood
 

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
