Turn left into woods just before fallen tree (see photos) and turn right when you meet old forest path. Turn right when you come out onto main vehicle track and then first left to cut across to edge of forest. Up boneshaker and turn right at top. Left at bottom of rough track to Three Rock and keep right as you follow this, past the aerials and through a series of turns, almost to the open mountain / forest corner (see photos). You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
