Start is Curtlestown Car Park (some of you may know it was the Wicklow Way Relay Leg 1/2 changeover point). There is limited car parking so please try to car pool. Overflow parking at O174170 if necessary, do not park on the road.
Organisers Instructions:
Plan is to make this race completable in a shorter time than the previous race. Actual race distance may be longer but include more runnable terrain. Rules for the nav challenges is you turn up to the start and receive a map. You are not allowed look at the map until the race clock starts. On the map will be a series of numbered control points. You must visit each control point in order. Your route between the control points is up to yourself.

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
