Helen CornforthApr 22 2008, 8:22pmHi,

Just to say I would be happy to help with the timing of the Carrauntoohil race this year if needed. I was one of the two women who did the timing last year, so know what it entails. Feel free to contact me by email,

Cheers,
Helen.
Turlough ConwayMay 16 2008, 12:39amThanks Helen,

Adam GozdalskiMay 17 2008, 3:07pmHi! I want to start in this race but I dont know how can I get there from Cork. I have to be member of any club to start there? Thanks for answer.
Mick HanneyMay 17 2008, 7:03pmHi,
You should be registered with imra. Annual registration costs 10 euro and this can be done at any race. Theres a race fee which is usually 7 euro, or less for students. So if you arrive at a race in good time you can get registered, no problems. Best advice would be to go out and do other hill races first - if you're in Cork the Munster events would be a stepping stone towards Carrauntoohil.
Cheers.
Mick
Wayne JenkinsMay 19 2008, 1:38pmHi Vivian,
Unfortunately I cant run in the race this year but I would be delighted to hike up to Caher & record the results for King/Queen of the Hill. I can also act as First Aid officer on the course in case anyone is injured near the summits. Regards
Wayne
