We warmly invite all friends of the Irish Mountain Running Association to come and participate in our new clubs inaugural Heart of Laois 10K on Sunday 27th May at 12.30pm. Race headquarters is the luxurious Abbeyleix Manor Hotel where registrations will begin from 10.00am onwards. We have a great race planned suitable for all levels of athlete from elite to fun runner to walker. It is going to be a fun family occasion with music throughout the morning at race headquarters, pre and post race massage available, exclusive Heart of Laois technical tshirts and lots of generous cash and spot prizes. Electronic chip timing for each participant. Refreshments and prize giving afterwards in the beautiful Abbeyleix Manor Hotel. You will be helping to support our new athletic club.... Although this is a shameless and unabashed plug for a road race several of our members have long been close friends with and participants in IMRA. |
