advice on preventing cram

Jason MooreAug 19 2012, 11:28pmhi all just looking for some advice regarding cramps.i was going up croagh patrick on saturday and both me legs cramped up on me,the muscles in tops of legs cramped so bad that i had to stop for over 30mins.i never suffer from cramp on straight forward hill races,but i had cycled for about 30k prior to run.this is second year in a row it happened,i had taken on plenty of fluids and stretched prior to race.any advice appreciated.regards j.

Try taking some magnesum supplements -the cheapest on the shelf will do, and take one before bed
