Eoin O'NeillSep 19 2012, 4:23pmHi All
There is another alternative training session for Wednesdays without running in the hills on the dark winter nights.
The circuits sessions below are excellent and will keep you strong during the winter.

Hi
The GEN circuits sessions have resumed after the summer break. These take place every Wednesday, 6.30pm - 7.30pm and cost €8 per session, pay as you go.

They are led, once again, by Colleen Robinson (Setanta) who is a Physical Therapist and has studied Athletic Therapy to a Masters Degree in her native Canada, before settling here in Ireland. In her Dublin practice, Colleen treats sports injuries and does strengthening and conditioning work with her patients.

The circuits sessions are open to everybody. So bring your friends/relations along. All are welcome. Under Colleen's expert guidance, the circuits are suitable for all ages

The sessions are held in 2 locations. See GEN website for location maps and further details: GEN - Circuits

- Every 1st Wed of Month: St Philip & St James Parish Centre, Cross Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
- All other Wednesdays : St Brigid’s Church Hall, St Brigid's Church Road, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin.

Complimentary Tea/Coffee and biscuits afterwards for all who can stay. All are welcome.

Next session: Tonight, 19 September - St Brigid's Church Hall, St Brigid's Church Road, Stillorgan - 6.30pm sharp.

these sessions are great... people like minnock & conway have done them on their way up to stardom, but there are also plenty of IMRA 160% participants, so open to all.

that said, whatever your level, don't plan on doing any races for the few days after your first one!

cheers,
