Wicklow Round attempt

AuthorDateMessage
Gareth LittleJun 7 2013, 12:43pmHi all,

Please accept this post as my official notice for a solo Wicklow Round attempt this weekend.

I will be setting off from the start/finish line at 14:00 this Saturday the 8th. I have a brilliant support crew in place and the weather is near perfect for an attempt. The only downside is that there is no moon but as the weather has been so good recently I dare not wait any longer as I do not think I will get a chance like this again this summer.

Like the lad's, I will also be using #WicklowRound to update my progress via Twitter and will try and have the IMRA forum/Facebook updated where possible.

Thanks and hope to see you out there,

Gareth

Adrian Tucker RIPJun 19 2013, 11:37amExcellent read Gareth, well done.
Love this bit from the top of Djouce:
"...it was just a tired me and some birds singing in the morning heat".
Paints a lovely mental picture of Dr Gareth Dolittle doing his thing on the top of Djouce :-)
