Imra product purchase issue

| Amidou Dembele | May 8 2017, 6:29pm | Hi, Can anyone advice on this? I attempted to buy an Imra annual membership on May 7th. The website prompted an error when I clicked submit payment. I repeat the purchase process and the error came up again. However, my bank account has been debited twice. When I looked in my Imra purchase history it shows up that I bought two memberships none of which has a race number. Thanks, Amidou |

| Jeff Fitzsimons | May 10 2017, 8:16pm | Lads, looks to me like it's as you described and you have both paid on the double. Someone with appropriate permissions will investigate and be in touch. Amidou, you seem to have 2 user id's in the system. That might be a separate issue leading to you not seeing your race number, someone will have a look at that also. |
