| Mick Hanney | Jul 18 2018, 8:18pm | A Shop item will be added to allow people buy a ticket for the Downshill (Grove bar) BBQ in advance, so that we can plan for the numbers we can expect. Please don't leave it too late to register for the BBQ. The cost of the BBQ is subsidised by IMRA. Thanks to the committee for their support. Also, can anyone who wants a vegetarian option provided at the BBQ please email me at hanneymick at gmail dot com, with a Subject: Downshill - Vegetarian Option Again, this is so we can plan for the food options we need. |

| Laura Flynn | Jul 25 2018, 12:36pm | Subject to confirmation by Mick, I believe what is planned Jim is that guests will pay €5 on the night for BBQ, which is also a discounted rate. They will need to notify Mick in advance though so we can cater for the correct numbers. If you give us your son's name then we can add him to the list and issue him with a ticket on the night. It would be nice to see some friends and hill-running widows or widowers on the night- maybe we can convert them. |
