IMRA website not secure

AuthorDateMessage
Matthew BranchOct 2 2018, 2:54pmNot limited to my own experiences but sometimes the IMRA website gives a security warning when directed from Facebook (for e.g.). The message usually received is "This website is not using a secure connection. There's a problem with the security certificate used by www.imra.ie. Your personal information, such as passwords or credit card numbers, may not be secure when shared with this website. SSL_UNTRUSTED"

This can be pretty disconcerting and I would definitely not purchase anything on the website if i saw this message. Can any of you techies let me know what causes this or if anyone else is experiencing this issue even if intermittent...
Patricia RyanOct 8 2018, 2:03pmI get that unsecure response regulary when following links to the IMRA website.
Conor MurphyOct 8 2018, 4:41pmNoticed that too, didn't want to take any chances so used my wife's credit card to pay for the race yesterday...

Incidentally, Matthew and Tricia, do you think it's a Munster thing?
Kevin O'RiordanOct 8 2018, 8:46pmThis should be fixed now. The IMRA website itself was hosted on a secure server but the photographs were served from a website without https/SSL and that was triggering warnings in modern browsers. I've moved the photos to a https server so that warning should go away now.
Walsh RowanOct 12 2018, 1:42pmStill seems to be an issue, does the site certificate need to be updated to resolve this?
Kevin O'RiordanOct 12 2018, 2:01pmHi Rowan, what browser/platform are you using? The site certificate was updated on Monday. Possible your browser has the old one cached?
