Running groups south clare area

Shes just returned to ireland and is based in the meelick/cratloe area. Are there any regular groups or clubs in the area that get up into the hills? Shes not new to running and would be used to trails etc. But has been away from it for a while and looking to start back up. Thanks in advance, Lorcan. |
