One race down, 4 more to choose from over the summer (if summer arrives), 2 of which are new. The 4 races left in the Championships are: 1. Sun May 26 Circuit of Avonbeg 25.50km RD: Sean Forsyth 2. Sun Jun 9 Stranahely Woods 19.00km New Race RD: Brian McGuckin 3. Sun Aug 11 Ballineddan 10.00km New Race RD: Mick Hanney 4. Sat Sep 7 Carlingford - Fox's Rock 16.00km RD: Donal McMorland NB: As a rule these routes are not marked and runners would be expected to be able to find their way from a published route. No electronic navigational assistance may be used for championship races. You may record the route on a device for post race analysis, but you may not use it for in-race navigation. Where a map is specified, a paper map e.g. EastWest Mapping map of area, should be carried. |

| Peter O'Farrell | Aug 11 2024, 8:15pm | Well done to Becky Quinn on wrapping up the Leinster Championship with a perfect scorecard. Orla McEvoy and Joan Flanagan are also on the podium after round 4 in Ballineddan. The men's side has a few tales yet to tell before the winner is announced with the last race of the league up in Carlingford liable to change it up. As it stands Ben Mangan, Brian Furey and John Bell are on the podium with a chance to drop one of their current scores and there are also runners on 2 races who could yet have a say in where the trophy goes. |
