Vouchers carry-over policy

Hi,

As we get close to the end of the year, want to clarify the policy on race vouchers carry-over.

If you have a voucher card from 2018 with unused race entries on it, this voucher card can be used in 2019.

If you've purchased 2018 vouchers online, but have not yet collected your voucher card at a race, you will need to do this at the Djouce Remembrance race. Start of 2019, we will be wiping our record of uncollected voucher cards from 2018 and starting fresh with a clean list so vouchers purchased online in 2018 and not collected will not be available to collect in 2019.

If you are planning to buy race vouchers and do not plan to be at the Djouce Remembrance race, please hold off until the New Year to purchase your vouchers.
