A lovely mix gravel paths, winding single-track trails and hilly off-road sections. The route to the top of Union Rock will change slightly to what is currently advertised compliments of storm Eowyn! |

| Turlough Conway | May 8 2025, 1:27pm | Opening race of this years NW league at Union Wood this Saturday. Enter one or any amount of the 8 races on offer in the league. Prizes in every race (including spot prizes). To count for end of league prizes including age categories at least 5/8 must be completed. From Nephin to the Bluestacks this is a super little league, with the iconic Benbulben doubling as a Coannaught Champs race this year. IMRA works only with the generosity of volunteers and we would wish that League runners would volunteer for at least one league race. There will be a form at registration allowing you to sign up to volunteer for a race, if you wish to at that stage or it can be done here on the Event page in question at any stage. |

What goes around comes around and as well as being greener, getting more people to races we will alos be able to leave car at home and benefit from carpool in turn. |
