Fiona Reid (Dunboyne) finished a very creditable 2nd in the Leinster senior women's cross-country championships. Catriona Jennings (Sportsworld) who ran a record time on leg 3 of the 2009 Wicklow Way Relay was 3rd, Helen White (Sportsworld) 13th, and Kate Cronin (Raheny) 18th.

Colm Hill (Newbridge) continued a fine cross-country season with 11th in the senior men's race.

Breda McDonald (North Laois) was 7th in the junior women's race.

Michael Dowling (Sli Cualann) was 5th in the junior men's race, James Griffin (St. Laurence O'Toole) 14th, Kevin Brennan (St. Abban's) 15th, and Shawn McCormack (Gowran) 18th.
