*COURSE IS NOW FULL* The course costs €30. Once you’ve paid, your place will be secure. Unfortunately if you can’t make it on the day for any reason, there are no refunds. You can find a direct replacement but just let me know so that Paul’s list corresponds with who shows up on the day. The following is important information for the day itself. Time: 10.30am Place: Glendalough Upper Car Park- €4 charge so car pooling would be a good idea. What to bring: Whatever maps you have and a compass (Paul Nolan will provide a standard map for each participant also), Warm clothes for walking ( not running) , waterproofs, layers, hat and gloves. Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
