Categories: Senior men/women Teams: Men (4 to run, 3 to score), Women (3 to run, 2 to score)
Selection basis: Primarily based on European trial results. Other mountain running performances in 2009/2010 will be taken into consideration. All selection is subject to the athlete being capable of finishing within 10% of the European trial winners time and 20% of the Snowdon race winners times. Only athletes who meet the criteria will be selected this means that full teams may not be sent.
