Wayne Jenkins | Jan 18 2011, 9:04pm | Good Man Brendan, Keeping The Recruitment Drive fresh in peoples minds. For those IMRA folk who I've spoken to about this. Follow through on your interest, request an application form via.... Recruitment@DWMRT.ie Get it back to us before January 31st & turn up at the Open Night in Roundwood on the 28th. There will be an assessment day on the hills soon after where the team Will be looking at fitness & good navigation skills. By this stage you will have a good understanding of what we do & what's expected from you. If successful at The Hill Assessment day, you will be offered a place on The Probationary Training Program. This is the point where you either take up the offer or decide it's not for you. Either way we will both know where we stand & no one gets upset. So as Brendan said above, if you're still thinking about it then get an application form and take it one step at a time. There is a time commitment & plenty of training. But it's all good fun & the Callout's are very rewarding. Likewise feel free to give me a call if you have any questions. My number is out there but in case you don't have it ...... Oh 8 six Eight two 5 Eight five 32 Hopefully we will see a few of you soon Regards Wayne |
