| michael redmond | Jul 26 2012, 10:11pm | having looked at highlights of the snowdon race i thought the scots man who won the race used a different approach on the decent to most others.he seemed to be using long strides and covering a lot of ground.he reeled in the irish lad and left him for dead,but could not match him on the assent.i know nothing of hill racing but this approach is sticking in my mind as it goes contrary to the normal advice i read. |
