| Gerry Brady | Jan 15 2012, 12:40pm | 2012 is here and we are looking for volunteers for the International Youth Cup on the 24th June in Glendalough. A Race Administration Plan has been prepared and will be discussed at a Committee meeting this Wednesday. It will probably involve appointing 7-8 Workgroup leaders (Financial, AAI liaison, Course, Results, Entries, Accommodation, Transport, etc.) and these Workgroup leaders will then approach the various volunteers to recruit them for their teams. There will be a need for a large number of volunteers for race day work. |
