The main reason for writing it was my own experience of Ireland's financial meltdown, how it affected me, and how I have coped with it (this is where the mountain running comes in!). Anyway, I hope nobody minds me posting about it here, and it would be great if IMRA members would have a look at my website (below) and consider buying the book, and/or spreading the word. Thanks.
