| Brendan Lawlor | Aug 2 2012, 9:51am | The running volunteer has come in for a lot of stick in the various volunteering debates, but as I watched the six running volunteers last night battle midges and fatigue as they sorted the 168 odd sweaty numbers back into order, and back into the correct boxes and then back into the container (refusing my suggestion to 'leave the last few') I suddenly realized - its a dirty job and someone has to do it! Thank you running volunteers! Lets keep the one running and one non-running rule |
