21k weekend mountain /trail run..

| juju jay | Oct 17 2012, 11:09pm | hello again.. for those who like long run's 6 of us are meeting up at the carpark in Laragh just on your left up the hill from "Glendalough Green Cafe" on the "old "Miltary Rd" on the R115, at 11:30am heading off soon after for a nice slow pace 21k Mountain / Trail run on the WW & "The Spink" & back, if anyone would like to join us.. peace |

| juju jay | Oct 20 2012, 11:22am | ah thats great dude... we have a packed up day happening so far.. after the run we can all meet a great man called "Keith Livingstone" & were going to make small trail running film with GoPro so should be a good all over day... ok meeting place will be at the carpark just on your left up the hill from "Glendalough Green Cafe" on the "Odd Miltary rd" the R115, at 11:30am then heading off soon after ive got map of the run were doing & its a slow pace.. peace |
| John kelly | Oct 20 2012, 11:40am | Looking forward to it i must say sounds like a blast!!!!! See you tomorrow. The cafe your talking adout is the one in the layby in laragh where the cyclist go? I assume the meeting point is up the hill where the Wicklow way crosses the road? |
