Cork mountain running training

| Mark Morrissey | Oct 18 2012, 11:42am | Hi lads im new to mountain running ive only done a few races so far but id like to do more over the coming years.My question is are there any clubs in the Cork area that do specific training for mountain races.Or are there any IRMA groups that meet up on the weekends for training runs or any training days by IRMA mountain running coaches. Any info or help you could give me would be much appreciated cheers . |
