Rene BorgNov 20 2012, 10:48amI'm launching a series of free group sessions with my fellow coaches in Championseverywhere called "Old School Running". You can attend free of charge and with no commitments. Our initial sessions will be:

- "Toughen-up Tuesday": Fun or hard fartleks tailored to your level - UCD, Clonskeagh entrance car park. Meet at 18:30 on 20th November
- Technical Thursday: Drills, sprints, strides and easy running. Meet at Stillorgan LUAS stop in Sandyford at 18:30 on 22nd November

Sessions can be tailored to suit those racing now and those preparing for the new season. It's recommended that you've done two months of reasonably regular running (4 days per week or more) before joining these. Less if you've been running for a long time.

More will follow as we grow the group and we'll hook up with "Mudsweat and runners" as well for long runs and we'll have some steady runs in Glendalough.
