French Trail running tour to Ireland - Invitation to Local Runners !

Their schedule is as follows, Race 1: Sunday 24th May 2014 – Sheep’s Head Way - Bantry Bay (CORK) Race Time 10.30am, Distance 17km Race 2: Monday 25th May – Kenmare to Killarney (KERRY) - Race Time 10am, Distance 16km Race 3: Tuesday 26th – Lough Derg Way (Tipperary) - Race Time 11am, Distance 16km Race 4: Wednesday 27th – Burren Way (CLARE) – Race Time 10am, Distance 18km Race 5: Thursday 28th – Western way & Lough Inagh (CONNEMARA) – Race time 10.30, Distance 16km The group would love to have a few local runners join them in each location ! Anyway, I'm on the road to recovery after knee problems so would like to join in, but much will depend on terrain and speed as only hopped back on an exercise bike and short bursts on treadmill in last few days. Will need physio to give green light. Either way, will drop you an email during the day. |
