B.harte on Boards came up with a sea to summit route taking in Carrauntoohil, so at 5am 5 of us set off from the beach at Rossbeigh. 45km and 1,800+ metres of ascending later in glorious weather and surroundings we ended up back at the Climbers Inn in Glencar. Would highly recommend it to anyone down in the SW and looking to stretch the legs. |
