When:
7pm Monday Nov 3rd

Where:
T 130 922

Details:
3 hours of learning to find your way in the dark relying on map & compass. Navigating in darkness while unlikely for runners requires the same skills as route finding in dense mist (very likely) or whiteouts (very unlikely but you never know).

Who:
Improver/experienced navigators wishing to improve further. You will need to be comfortable with map and compass on the hill to gain from this session.
What to bring: Besides your map & compass, lots of warm clothes and a head torch. We will be walking with plenty of stops on an Irish hillside, in the dark, in November.
Be sensible.

All for a special rate of 35euro with Mud Sweat & Runners
limited of 12people and you may book on this email
