Southeast League - Race Volunteers and Helpers

Cormac MacDonnellMar 21 2018, 10:53amHello All,
As many of you will know this is the first year that IMRA has a Southeast League with new races added to the calendar in Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Tipperary.
It been going well with good number showing up for all races so far but, some additional help is needed by members to help organise a run all races.

Could I encourage all runners doing Southeast League races to volunteer and help out on at least one race in 2018. In order for runners to receive an end of league prize you are required to volunteer for one race and I would also add that if we don't have enough helpers on-board for every race, they will not go ahead.

So, have a look at the calendar and select a race you will be able to help out on and use the volunteer button on the site to put yourself down for that race. As a rough guide we need about 8 helpers on each race to support the RD.

If anyone has any questions about volunteering you can email me on cormacmacdonnell@gmail.com
Thanks
Cormac
