| Robbie Williams | Mar 27 2018, 9:21am | It has come to our attention that looking at photos of Glenageety and one other early season race that some runners are thinking that the mandatory jacket rule does not apply to them. This can be infuriating to others who are running and ARE carrying it. So in MMRA races going forward there will be a kit check Marshall at finish. If you do not have the kit, you will not appear is results and will be posted on the 'no jacket' list on the results If it happens for a second race, you will be asked to leave MMRA for the remaining part of the season. With insurance costs in IMRA on the increase, we are not doing ourselves any favours by ignoring the most basic rules. This is with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. |
