Shane O'MalleyMay 18 2019, 7:34pmStunning stuff Gav. Smart, organised and ruthless running.

Another huge stepping stone.
Jason DowlingMay 18 2019, 7:41pmSuperb running Gav. We've been spoilt for the last three 'round attempts watching that dot go around ever faster and witnessing the bar being raised higher on each subsequent attempt. Breaking 16 was an unreal achivevment in itself and finishing just outside 15 is an incredible standard altogether. How much more can be shaved off, who knows? But it's gonna take some herculean effort to beat that time. Savour the moment as that is some running, you'v plenty of time to get to the pub before last orders tonight. Enjoy your few record breaking pints :)
Brian KitsonMay 18 2019, 7:53pmThat's a mind blowing time and an incredible performance. We'll done Gav.
Peter BellMay 18 2019, 8:25pmWell done Gavin! U smashed that one straight out of the park. Legend!
Lillian DeeganMay 18 2019, 9:59pmMother of mosses Gav - that's savage going altogether. Hearty congrats. Enjoy them pints, well earned ;)
Paddy O'LearyMay 18 2019, 11:26pmJaysus Gav, what a run! Relentless running all day, yet every photo we saw, you were just smiling and having the craic. Fresh out at the end too. Brilliant!

Here it really shows the work you put in on route these past few months, and the sheer talent you have. Exciting times ahead for this year and beyond.

As for the Round, Kipchoge needs to drop that 1:59 nonsense and get on the #breaking15 train.
John BellMay 19 2019, 8:32amWow. That is a brilliant Round Gav. Congratulations.

3 Round records in a few weeks. I thought the other two would last a while. Who's up next? ;-)

Gav
Adrian HennessyMay 21 2019, 5:09pmAmazing time Gavin! When I recced that route from Tonduff to Prince Willies Seat I thought it wasn't worth the effort on tired legs at the end of the Round - particularly that last climb. Of course you obviously didn't have tired legs so it was totally worth it. I also like your direct route from Scarr to Knocknacloghoge. You've brought the WR to a whole new level just when we thought the gains would only be marginal after Shane's super effort.
