Alan KennedyMar 23 2025, 6:56pmNext up for the Trail League will be Carrickgollogan at the end of April, which reverts to a Wednesday night after the start of the Leinster League in Belmont and first the Charity race in Killiney. Both those events look to have plenty of volunteers so I’m putting a shout out for a Laptop operator and some general helpers too.
Alan KennedyApr 17 2025, 8:49amThis event still needs a Laptop operator to go ahead and a few more volunteers please.
Gareth NevilleApr 17 2025, 6:53pmI have put myself down for Shadow Laptop Operator. Haven't done it before but happy to learn!
Alan KennedyApr 17 2025, 11:19pmThanks Gareth and David for doing the Laptop.
Alan KennedyApr 24 2025, 11:25amNext up on Wednesday 30th is the Trail League race around Carrickgollogan. I am good for volunteers now so please look at the next races on the calendar and get your name in early to help the RD's.

We will have an early start and a junior / short course for this one.

Parking is always a big issue with this race so please start to plan your car pooling now. Best places to meet are the De La Salle rugby club (where the prize giving will be) or the Bog Meadow car park in Enniskerry.
Alan KennedyApr 27 2025, 8:06pmSo the word is out and unfortunately we have had to put a cap on this race due to the limited car parking and would ask again to car pool in either DLD or Bog Meadow and to avoid using the only car park up at the race start to keep free for race organisers. Usual parking charges will apply and card payments only please.

The shop will open at 0900 tomorrow morning.
A.T. KellyApr 28 2025, 9:56pmIf anyone who is registered for this race on Wednesday can no longer do it, I'd happily take their spot.
Alan KennedyYesterday, 7:18amSorry AT but transfers are not allowed.
Alan KennedyYesterday, 5:02pmThis race is sold out now.

REGISTRATION:
To facilitate some additional car spaces in the field we have decided to do the registration up at the start line this year. So park your car and bring anything you need in a small bag and make your way up the 2km of Barnaslingan Lane. Will confirm the mandatory kit tomorrow before the race, minimum is always a jacket. And based on the good forecast recommend you also bring some water for before and after the race.

Only a few car pools listed so far so a reminder to make use of the two car parks locally and again, please do Not use the car park up beside the start line. There will be a marshal there to check if you are a volunteer / marshal.

A reminder of the car parking charges:
€4 for single occupancy
€3 for two
€2 for three
Free for a Full car

And finally for now please remember to bring your number, if you have been issued with one already. Cost for a replacement is €5 which you have to pay for at registration and priority will be given to those with numbers. So you will need a card or phone at reg. You can also buy one in advance thru the shop if you know it's lost. If this is your first IMRA race this year then no issue, we have your numbers ready to collect.
