Swim Run ideas?

| Theo Mooney | Jul 10 2025, 7:05am | Hi all, I'm curious about Swim Run as a challenge, for example the Frog Graham challenge in the Lake District (yes that's Frog, not Bob) :) Is there any interested people who would consider doing a Wicklow Frog Round? It would be a bit contrived, but an adventure in the hills and lakes all the same. Idea: Swim upper lake in Glendalough, run to Lough Ouler, swim across Lough Ouler, run to Lough Dan, swim that, run back to Glendalough and swim again (just for the punishment/fun) roughly 30km of running with about 4km of swimming. If this sounds confusing or silly, try a web search for Frog Graham Round or Otillo Swim Run. Give us your thoughts anyways :) |
