Route Description:
This race is on the flat, the course making a perfect rectangle. Staring with run along the Causeway, then a section on Dollymount Strand, followed by leg along Bull Wall and wooden bridge with finish along pavement of James Larkin Road.
Getting There:
With current traffic conditions taking the Dart to this race may be an option. Take Howth train and get off at Raheny Station. Head for Raheny village (big church), cross Howth Road and travel down full length of Watermill Road until reach the sea. Race starts at end of this road. Allow 20 minutes from train.

By car take coast road until junction of Watermill Road and James Larkin Road. Park on Causeway Road only

Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable.
