Organisers Instructions:
On Sunday the 6th of May in Doon Co. Limerick we will have the second Munster championship race. This race starts at 1pm and is an out and back course. The race starts with a 15 to 18min steady climb up through grassy field where it begins to level and you continue out a dirt path for half a mile where you meet a forest path and go down hill for 200 to 300 meters and continue out a forest path to a barrier where you turn and come back on the exact same route to the finish. This is a fast course where up to 70% of the race is on some form of path. Entries are taken on the day from 12 on wards, please try to be early. Also we will have a fun walk so bring your friends, as the view from the top is great. Teas and food are available after the race, which has become a regular part of Muster races thanks to some very hard working people who become involved in there own respective race. Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
