If coming from Kilkenny/Carlow side then head through the village and take the 2nd left approx 400m leaving the village which is signposted Tory Hill Trail Head .
From here, follow signs for Tory Hill Trail Head (approx 3K)
If coming from Waterford direction - take the Right handed turn JUST BEFORE you enter Mullinavat which will be signposted as above.
OR enter Tory Hill Car park into Google Maps (be aware, approach lane to car park from southerly direction is in poor condition)
Car parking is limited & it can be a busy area sharing car park with hillwalkers etc
There will be a Junior Route , which will be approx 4km, out and back . There will be a marshal at turnaround point.
Please note U10 must be accompanied on the race route by a guardian or parent.
Mandatory jacket must be worn/carried for duration of race, headphones may not be worn during IMRA races.
Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
