Route Description:
The vertical route follows the Cosán na Naomh pilgrim path from the carpark at Baile Breac for 3km, then deviates from the path for some added vert and a little scrambling after the 8th station of the cross. Marshalls will be stationed at crucial places to avoid anyone going off on the Brandon Ridge route instead of the Vert!

Organisers Instructions:
Camping Option: Rainbow Hostel Dingle. Located just 1.5km from Dingle town, there is a hostel with 40 tent pitches. The owner is aware of the IMRA race weekend and recommends that people just book their tent pitch individually. This is a very busy time of the year in Dingle so the sooner you book the better. Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Please login to myIMRA to volunteer to help at this event. You should aim to volunteer at least once for every 10 events that you run.

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
