30th Anniversary Celebration and WL Prizegiving

Date:
Saturday 22nd May, 2010
Time:
15:00
Getting There:
Lamb Doyle's in Sandyford from 3 onwards (after the race).
Organisers Instructions:
This is a party to celebrate 30 years of hill racing in Ireland. There will be live music, some food and craic. Lots of spot prizes for the anniversary race will be available and some stories of the old days. We hope all of the many fans of IMRA can make it both to watch/walk/run the race and to enjoy themselves at the social.

In the race there will be fancy dress, music to spur you on to greater heights, and some surprises!

The Winter league prizegiving and a draw for complimentary tickets to the Aviva Stadium will also be made at the social.

If you have old photographs of IMRA races please bring them along, it would be great to get some of them up onto the website.

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
