- Registration will be in the Curragh Woods forest carpark on the Fermoy-Midleton road from 10:00 to 10:40 (Grid Reference W 860 765)

- If you competed in previous races this year, please bring the race number assigned to you as it is valid for the rest of the 2014 season. However, if this is your first race of the season, it would help us greatly if you could print off and fill out the following registration form: IMRAMembershipForm2014 (leave the number blank - you will be allocated a race number for 2014 on the day).
Volunteers (Non-Running)
You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize
Volunteers (Running)
Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
