Getting There:
The race is on in East Clare, just outside Killaloe. If you are coming from the Dublin/Nenagh side, come across the bridge in Ballina and go right and you are heading out the Ogonnelloe/Tuamgraney/Scarrif Road. Go approx 2 miles out this road and there is a forest road up to your left. The left run is just at the beginning of a big park (on your right), so if you pass the park (called the Two Mile Gate)...then you have passed the turnoff. Go up this forest road 500m and Parking, race registration, race start are all up here.

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
