Organisers Instructions:
ATTENTION Because of large numbers at this race everybody will not be allowed to park at the Woods. We have secured parking at Corrin Event Centre (Corrin Mart). Only volunteers, runners with kids or elderly will be given parking access. Please park at the Mart and jog the 2km up to the woods. Perfect warm up and cool-down. We will be very strict on this please follow marshals requests. Arrows will guide you from Mart to the woods but it is very straight forward. Please note DO NOT PARK ON ROADS APPROACHING WOODS. We got some backlash last year so we want to keep this race running. Thank you for your understanding folks. As always the route will be a scenic forest rollercoaster ride ;) with plenty of ups and downs. You would want to be crazy to wear road runners for this one! There will be refreshments as always available afterwards. Registration will involve picking up your race number if your first race of 2024 so please allow time for this and note registration will close 15 min before race start. ********************************************************* Long Race 9.2km 11am, Short Course 10:20am, Kiddies u10 accompanied 1km 10.25am

Volunteers (Non-Running)

You need to have done 2 non-running volunteer roles in a calendar year to qualify for end of year prize

Volunteers (Running)

Check with race director if they have a need for people volunteering and running. Race directors need a minimum number of people available throughout the race to make the race work so non-running volunteers are preferable. While it can be helpful, volunteering in a volunteer and race capacity does not count towards qualifying for end of year prize
